These terms govern use of the Coldfeet platform. They are a starting point supplied with the product — the operator of this installation is responsible for reviewing them with their own counsel before relying on them.
Accounts are provisioned by the operator of this installation. There is no public self-service signup, and access may be suspended where it is used to send unlawful or abusive mail.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details on your account and for keeping authentication credentials confidential. Administrative accounts must have two-factor authentication enabled.
The platform may not be used to send unsolicited bulk mail, to distribute malware, to impersonate another party, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.
You must hold the right to control mail for every domain you add, and you must not use the platform to intercept mail you are not authorised to receive.
Availability commitments, support response targets and maintenance windows are those stated in your written agreement with the operator. Nothing on the marketing pages of this site forms part of that agreement.
Mail is queued and retried when a destination is unavailable. Queued mail is held for the period configured on this installation and is discarded afterwards.
You retain all rights in the mail and the account data you send through the platform. The operator processes it to provide the service, and for no other purpose.
Whole-tenant export is available at any time, so ending the agreement does not require the operator to hand your data back on request.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and the total liability of each party is limited to the amount stated in your written agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified to the administrative contact on your account before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
